At Silky Skin, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure every guest receives our full care and attention, we require a card on file to secure all bookings.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• 24+ Hours’ Notice: No fee. We are happy to reschedule you!
• Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours): A 25% fee will be applied.
• Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: A 50% fee will be charged to the card on file.

Late Arrivals  

To keep our day running smoothly for every guest, late arrivals will finish at the scheduled time. Full service fees still apply.

By booking your appointment, you agree to these terms and authorize Silky Skin to charge applicable fees to your card on file.
