Rescheduling
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate other guests.

Arrival
Arriving a few minutes early helps you enjoy the full experience. If you are running late, we will do our best to fit you in, though your treatment may be adjusted to ensure quality for all guests.

No-Show Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, after 2 no-shows or missed appointments, online booking may no longer be available without valid card information on file. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us provide the best experience for every guest.
